AWARDS PROCESS
Phase 1: Applications and nominations are collected for award consideration.
Phase 2: The OnConferences team determines the finalists based on the applications, nominations, and own research.
Phase 3: Voting on finalists is open to the public. Voters are asked to vote for finalists that they have observed one or more of the following:

Made a considerable impact on their organization and/or previous organizations.

Made strong contributions to their professional community through thought leadership.

Innovate in their role/career.

Exhibit exceptional leadership.
There is no fee required to participate in the process, be a finalist, or be a winner. You will not be required to make any additional submissions after the initial application or nomination form, as winners are determined by peer observation of work.
2023 ONCON ICON AWARDS DATES
August 31st: Deadline for applications and nominations.
October 1st: Finalists will be announced and voting opens.
November 1st: Voting concludes.
April 25th: Winners will be announced live at the OnCon Icon Awards virtual awards ceremony.
