MARKETING ONLINE MONTHLY ROUNDTABLES
The OnCon 100 members meet once per month virtually using webcam to tackle issues the group is facing. In each meeting the group tackles a new challenge that the group is facing. The meeting is discussion style, and members have a chance to ask each other questions, benchmark, and problem solve during the one hour meetings. The meetings allow participants to get unbiased opinions, see what is working for others, and what has not worked for others.

ONCON 100 MEETING MEMBERS
These meetings are limited to 100 participants, and require a year membership to the senior community. Meeting participants have the opportunity to engage via webcam, phone, or the chat function on the meetings. They can also just listen to the discussion. It is not required to attend each meeting. The meetings have a moderator to ensure proper meeting flow and engagement. Outside of the live online roundtable meetings, participants will have access to the private LinkedIn Group where they can continue discussion with meeting participants.

*It is not required to attend every meeting as a participant. We will send calendar invites for each meeting once participation is confirmed. All meetings are at 12pm EST.
These meetings take place virtually each month using the Zoom online meeting platform.
The OnCon 100 Online Roundtable Meetings will be interactive and discussion style. There will be a moderator for each meeting that ensures the proper flow of the meeting. OnCon 100 Members will be called on to share insights, challenges, and successes. The group will then benchmark to problem solve the issue. The meetings are designed to provide both OnCon 100 Members with unbiased opinions, different perspectives, and actionable items that can help better strategy leaving the meetings.
We will select topics based on the what the OnCon 100 Members indicate as topics of challenge or interest. We will survey the group throughout the year to make sure we are keeping topics relevant.
Meetings will not be recorded or distributed in anyway. All participants are instructed to use all information from the meeting for personal use only.
POST/PRE MEETING COLLABORATION
You will have access to the private LinkedIn Group. The LinkedIn Group is where members can communicate with each other, continue conversation from the meetings, ask questions, share documents/attachments, and more.
IN PERSON EVENT
