Supercalifragilistic-expialidOH Boy, what did we get ourselves into?
It started like a Mary Poppins movie. We were going to do something amazing, exemplary, important - indubitably. But change is hard. Never doubt the impact of change; & certainly don’t undercall the impact of changing something you’ve had in place for 40 years. Or layering change. In early 2019, Intel decided to reinvent our approach to performance management - an approach that had been in place for 40 years. Additionally, performance management was the first, & perhaps the most important, system change in our culture evolution. This is a story of change - some fast, some slow; critical but challenging all the same.

Engaging The Whole Team In Redesigning Your Organization
Organizations frequently reorganize to meet changing market or customer demands and to drive improved effectiveness and efficiency. Often these changes are made by the senior leadership of the function or company and implemented from the top down without input or feedback from those impacted. This presentation will provide real examples of involving the team in reorganizing several functions and share the advantages and challenges in the approach.

A CMO, a GC, and a CHRO walk into a bar…..it must have been set too low.
We all came to the conference hoping for a few helpful take-aways or those “five new ideas” we can implement on Monday morning. We were updated on topics from digital transformation and boardroom development, to brand refreshes and talent acquisition; about ways to improve our business’s operating results. This upbeat closing session will tie it altogether, but will focus on you, the successful leader – and what could be holding you back from your next promotion, raise or job. We’re going to look at common habits that you may barely be aware of – but, might be sabotaging your own future success – and how to break them.
