Proven Methodologies to Drive Better Employee Benefits Decisions

Presentation Summary:

Change management tools and methodologies have proven applications within the employee benefits communication sphere, especially for employers who aim to help employees make better decisions with their benefits. Learn more about your role in the benefits change management lifecycle from Scott Van Horn, President of Tango Health, including how to handle employees who have “decision paralysis” to those who need “affirmation” and even employees who are “angry.” To truly help move employees through to the next step of understanding, a variety of tools, communications, and strategies are necessary at different times during the year, not just open enrollment. You’ll learn how to measure results of your efforts and how to determine where your employees are on the lifecycle of change. Lastly, we’ll show you benchmarking studies of how other employers have driven better employee decisions and overall improved employee satisfaction.
