Christina Stokes is a talent management specialist and executive recruiter with over a decade of experience within staffing firms, in-house human resources teams, and the market research industry. Her specialty areas are public relations, creative, digital/social and operations (c-suite, finance, administrative, HR). She takes the time to understand the needs of the organization, as well as a candidate’s individuality, experience, and career aspirations, ensuring a match that is a fit both culturally and professionally – for everyone!
In her current role as the Vice President & Director of Talent Acquisition for the renowned strategic communications firm, Rubenstein, Christina partners closely with senior management to attract and retain the best and brightest talent in the business. With the end goal of solving business problems and saving hiring team’s valuable time, she employs up-to-date technology, metrics, transparent communications and an ever-evolving range of sourcing methods.
Prior to joining Rubenstein, Christina was the Director of Talent Acquisition for MWWPR, managing global talent acquisition across their 8 offices. Recruiting for all levels across the agency’s sectors, Christina implemented strategies and initiatives that improved the overall recruiting process and quality of hires.
Using a creative approach and her innovative perspective, Christina has successfully sourced, recruited and hired senior level public relations, communications, and marketing talent in the healthcare, technology, consumer and hospitality industries, in addition to many others. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and employee engagement. Christina lives in New York City with her husband, daughter, and their two cats.
