Presenter Bio:

 

At Williams Sonoma, Inc. Patti is responsible for all Executive Search both domestically and internationally.  She has more than 15 years with the company and has hired for all areas within the organization in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team.   

 

Patti has been helping companies evaluate and hire talent for over 30 years. She began her career in the staffing industry consulting with businesses on their immediate and future needs. After many years of being the top in her field in Seattle for a leading search firm, she was hired away by one of her retail clients. After hundreds of successful hires of executives, designers, and merchants over several years with the company, she moved to San Francisco to join Williams Sonoma, Inc. (WSM).

 

She is currently an active member of the “TAG” board within the National Retail Federation; is a contributor in the recently released book, “Students in High Gear”.  Previously she served on the Board of Advisors at SCAD, Atlanta Campus.  Patti has a BA in English with a minor in Philosophy.
