This conference will present the major legal issues to be considered in launching a U.S. brand in a non-U.S. market. The conference is presented from the point of view of a company seeking to build brand equity and a long-term sustainable business in a non-U.S. market. Presenter Bio:

“Benjamin R. Preston, 46, is Deputy General Counsel of Newell Brands, where he has served (with predecessor companies) since 2012. Ben oversees Newell’s international legal matters, global supply chain, and entrepreneurial businesses. Ben has served as the General Counsel of The Yankee Candle Company, Inc., a global manufacturer and retailer of home fragrance products prior to its acquisition by Newell Brands, and previously served as General Counsel of Catalyst Health Solutions, a Fortune 500 pharmacy benefit manager, and RCN Corporation, a telecommunications services provider. Ben is a 1997 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the Georgetown McDonough Graduate School of Business.”
