Employees come to organizations with positivity and ambition. Too often, their enthusiasm is dampened by organizational clouds of frantic change and negativity, with employees becoming disconnected from the work they do and the mission of the organization. In turn, organizations facing significant challenges find their employees tuned out and turned off, lacking the necessary energy and resilience to tackle and endure change.
This session will introduce strategies to rekindle the relationship between organizations and employees, fostering joy, meaning and resilience at work.
