Employee Experience as the Lynchpin for Talent Strategy

Presentation Summary:

There have been different versions of the quote attributed to JW Marriott, the founder of Marriott International retold over the years, but the one that resonates most for me is, “Take care of your employees, they’ll take care of your customers, the customers will come back again and again, and the money will take care of itself.”    Viewing the talent practices of your company – how you “take care” of your employees – can be an eye-opening exercise.  You’ll learn how your employees’ experience can amplify and buffer your talent strategies, and how to use employee survey, social media and other tools to evaluate, improve and leverage your company’s employment experience to maximize your talent strategy.
