Presenter Bio:

 

Prudence Pitter is an experienced business executive with over two decades of broad Human Resource management experience across several industries. She has worked extensively with Boards of Directors, executives, senior managers and various business leaders in optimizing the culture, morale and productivity of their workforces. In addition, she has successfully managed mergers and acquisitions, openings and closings, union negotiations, building and relocating corporate headquarters operations, associate communications, public and community relations as well as building HR departments.


Prudence is currently the Chief Talent Officer for Club Fit, with responsibility for implementing Human Resource strategies to boost overall talent management. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior & Leadership.


She prides herself in being a true business leader with expertise in Human Resources.  Her expertise includes recruiting employees from line level to the C-Suite and including Board members.  She has developed policies and procedures, training programs and Human Resources Strategic plans to mirror that of the organization she serves.  Her success is evident by her hard work and impressive results.  She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management, an MBA and the two highest certifications in the HR profession; Senior Professional in Human Resources and Global Professional in Human Resources.
