Jennifer Woods is Senior Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Governance and Commercial, and Assistant Secretary at Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON), a leading global provider of agricultural products for farmers. She has responsibility for a broad range of corporate governance, securities, finance, commercial, compliance and general corporate matters. Ms. Woods was previously an associate with Bryan Cave LLP.
