Carol is senior vice president and chief human resources officer at AmeriHealth Caritas. She oversees all of the company's human resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits, Human Resources information systems, talent management and organizational design, associate and leadership development, client services and associate relations, and diversity and inclusion.
Pandza brings to her role more than 25 years of experience in human resources, with specialties in learning, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, organizational design and development, executive coaching, and culture change and assimilation for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to her current position, Pandza served as vice president of learning, talent management and organizational development at AmeriHealth Caritas, where she helped improve collaboration and efficiency among associates, designed and implemented the company's executive development program, and was instrumental in addressing talent gaps through a variety of workforce development programs.
Throughout her career, Pandza has held a number of key leadership positions for global organizations and served as a consultant for large Fortune 100 national and multinational companies, as well as for small businesses and start-ups across a variety of industries, including health care, education and manufacturing. Pandza received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Rutgers University and holds an instructional design certification from the University of Michigan. She has been designated a Senior Professional in Human Resources since 1995.
