Hewlett Packard’s experience in setting up a strategic HR transformation office for Business model changes (Company Spin, Merge, Divest, Acquire) and how to thrive in the key areas of deal success including Organization Design and Selection, Compensation and Benefits migration, Labour consultation, HR IT evolution and employee engagement.

 

Presenter Bio:

 

Mike is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.  He is a 20 year veteran of HPE having been Sr. Business Hr Executive for several key Enterprise Level Business Groups and leader of broad transformation areas for HR including recent Spin, Merge and Divestiture work. 

 

Mike has led several global HR technology and operational initiatives, including the AskHR areas he will cover today.  Mike is also on multiple external boards and has written and spoken in HR forums on future of HR and HR effectiveness so we are please he is able to join us today and share in this space.
