Presenter Bio:

 

I am a Vice President in Talent Acquisition at one of the largest and most respected global asset managers, The Capital Group.  It is my privilege to lead recruiting teams that are passionate about our company's mission of improving people's lives through successful investing.  I currently have the honor of leading our Executive Recruiting team as well as the teams that recruit world-class talent to the Sales, Marketing, Product, Private Client Services, Strategy & Innovation, and Global Business Services business groups. 

 

Prior to joining Capital in 2013, I spent over three years in the Financial Services practice at Heidrick & Struggles, a leading global retained search firm.  With over 15 years of recruiting experience I am fortunate to regularly work with incredible colleagues to solve impactful talent challenges across the globe.
