All strategic marketing leaders and teams are focused on growth. This is a story not only about growth, but also about business transformation that resulted in 3x revenue growth over 8 years…for a 33 year old business. How did we triple revenue over 8 years at NACD?
First, by understanding the unmet needs of our customers and how our differentiated, unique products and services could meet their articulated and undiscovered needs.
Second, by setting high-growth, achievable goals and an engagement-oriented mind-set with the board of directors, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
Third, by developing strategic, targeted, and integrated digital and offline marketing and sales plans that consistently and clearly articulated unique value – through all channels.
Fourth, by developing our athletes – our amazing team members, to understand where we were going, why this destination was important, and how we intended to accomplish these goals – ie our strategy.
Lastly, through superior execution and team work.
Thanks for watching, and I look forward to your feedback.
