Paul Batten is Vice President of Talent Analytics Research at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he leads a team that researches, tests and implements data-driven talent solutions to improve employee experience and productivity.
Before moving to the talent space, he used analytics to create pricing strategies, project retention and optimize marketing spend.
Paul has a Master’s in Economics from Boston College, and has a wonderful family including a 6, a 5 and a 2 year old.
