It is critical in todays polarized environment that companies have a robust enterprise wise onsite management program and crisis management plan.

The importance of preventative enterprise risk management programs and post-event crisis management programs is magnified by the exponential multiplier effect of the consequences of a headline event.

  • How to structure and implement ERM Programs and Crisis-Management Plans – including a robust, preventative compliance program.

  • What to do when a corporate crisis materializes. The need for a Crisis-Management Plan for events you cannot anticipate or those that are low probability and high severity that you cannot afford to mitigate.
