A brief on the changes of the brick & mortar retail sector, its ongoing evolution, and what brands and retailers 'get it'
Tito E. Zamalloa, Jr., is former Marketing Director, for H&R Block’s West Division. Prior to this role, he was Strategy VP for LatinWorks, heading up the National Burger King account. Before LatinWorks, Tito was former VP of Marketing for The Office Games, a Digital Media Experience retailer.
Tito brings years of marketing expertise and management leadership. He formerly served as Director of Marketing for the U.S. and Americas for Razer Gaming USA; as Marketing Director for American Golf Corporation; as Sr. Marketing Manager for PepsiCo; and as Marketing Manager for McDonald’s Corp.and AT&T.
Tito is an industry expert who has presents at various conferences and seminars throughout the U.S. He is involved in community and professional organizations – from Ronald McDonald House Charities, to the California Corporate Council Leadership Institute, to AMA and CMO groups. Tito is also a marketing advisor and domain expert with Connect, the preeminent San Diego-based business incubator. He’s alsoactive as volunteer and mentor to various local community based organizations in Greater Southern California
Tito is also an adept marketing educator in Southern California, currently serving as adjunct faculty and professor or marketing at UCLA and Cal State San Marcos. His topics have ranged from the principles of marketing to the capstone course on marketing strategy.
He received his bachelors of science in Business Administration from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA; and has a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles.
