Mike Dallas is a 20+ year tech industry executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, most recently Senior Vice President of Field HR and now leading Sales Effectiveness & Transformation, Dallas has held multiple global leadership positions including Business HR Partner, Center of Expertise and Strategic Operations roles across large scale organizations including Global Sales, R&D, Services, Software and Strategic Operations.
Dallas was global lead for all HR in HPE's Divestiture Management Office (DMO) responsible for acquisition and business entity activities including separation of HP Inc. and HPE, merger with Micro Focus and creation of DXC. He also drove HP’s Global Implementation of Workday and has led Labor Relations, Human Capital Analytics, Total Rewards and other Center of Expertise areas throughout his career.
Dallas earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. He has served as an Independent Director for a publically traded company, Lionbridge Corporation and as a Board of Advisor positions for the Owen Vanderbilt Business School and various non-profit organizations.
