What did we as CLOs and GCs learn anew about crisis management in 2020? What prior understandings were reconfirmed? What prior understandings were revealed to be misconceptions? How did we balance the application of our legal skills and our general leadership skills in our practice of crisis management? While COVID-19 was probably the main crisis to be managed in 2020, perhaps not so for all concerned? Last, how did multiple crises interact with one another, causing us to have to engage in “complex” crisis management? This promises to be a fast-paced, interactive panel.
