Prior to the pandemic, corporate culture was developed in person with physical locations which was supported by symbols and history. During the pandemic the thought was working remotely is temporary and short lived so there was little concern about building the corporate culture. Now, it appears that at best we will be in a hybrid environment; working some in the office and some remotely. How is corporate culture built when the old ways of building it will be available only part-time or not at all?
