Visual Communication Strategies

Most people remember 10% of what they hear and 20% of what they read, but 80% of what they see… "You can't unsee that" now makes so much sense. Sales presentations, marketing follow-ups, and other assets to help communicate your value proposition are traditionally linear, wordy, and oftentimes lead to unmemorable brand moments. Dustin will hold an interactive discussion on the current challenges marketers are faced with and outlook going into 2022 to drive memorable brand experiences in your sales channels.

Values Based Marketing

There has been a movement in recent years for organizations to develop deeper connections with their customers and prospects through appealing to shared ‘purpose’, ‘values’, and ‘ethics’.  It is believed that achieving this connection builds trust and long-term loyalty.   Our discussion will focus on whether this is Fad, Fiction or the next evolution in Marketing strategy. And, assuming it is the next evolution, what are some best practices in moving your values-based marketing strategy forward.

[INTERACTIVE SESSION]

Digital Marketing – To the Metaverse and Beyond?!

Digital tools and platforms have transformed what, where and how we market. Social, tech and physical changes wrought by the Covid-19 global pandemic expanded and accelerated that transformation. Are we ready for what’s next? Do we even know what’s now? Are some of us still playing catch-up, and who is nailing it?

In this session, we’ll take the temperature on opportunities digital delivers – cheaper, faster, bigger, broader – while exploring its potential downsides, such data overload and online feedback. The opportunities are myriad but the challenges are real – and evolving rapidly. What’s the role of VR/AR and AI, of mobile marketing and electronic word of mouth? How in the metaverse are we to management all this content, strategically leverage the overpacked carry-ons of data we’re collecting, and hang tight to the old-school values of trust and customer relationships?

We promise a lively discussion, much food for thought and even a few answers as we explore where the digital path may lead us.

Untangling the Customer Data Platform Space: They What, Why, and How

We already know there’s more than one problem with our current martech stack. The list of big headaches includes siloed data, disjointed customer experiences, and a scarce supply of actionable analytics. And that’s just a start.

How did we get into this messy customer data sprawl? And, more importantly, how do we fix it? It’s a big job, and there’s no time to waste. Fortunately, the age of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) has arrived. Now, the task is to untangle the options, and pick the right one for your business. In this session, we’ll shine a light on what to look for, what to avoid, and how to whip your customer data into shape.
